Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving the product to request a return. If you want to return the purchased product, please send a request to info@personalized.design. Return requests are processed within 3-4 business days.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased with gift certificates.

Is Return Shipping Free?

All shipping costs for returning the item are to be paid by you.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for online orders. Please return your item by mail and place a new order.

Can I Return PDF Patterns?

Due to the immediate downloadable nature of PDF files, patterns cannot be returned, and we cannot refund PDF patterns purchased in error. Please carefully check your order before payment.

Refund Policy

After receiving your package, our team may take up to five business days to process the return. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. If you want to check if your order has been received, please use the tracking number you selected for the return.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will refund your money. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
